But the fact you’re here? that’s great, and i can only assume you’re a man that’s interested in becoming Unstoppable.After all, that’s what I do

After coaching hundreds of ambitious men through the process of becoming Unstoppable across the areas of Focus, Fitness, Family, Finance and Fun

I’ve come up with a real simple, bite sized list of ‘rules’ for living an Unstoppable Life. By no means is the list comprehensive but sh*t, it’s a good start

(heck, I could have turned this list into a big ass book once I got started)

I’ve also put these “Unstoppa-Rules” into ‘printable’ sheet, so you can print it off and stick it somewhere visible to remind you and motivate you.

  FOCUS
1.     Meditate Daily
2.     Question your thoughts, beliefs and                      assumptions. Daily.
3.     Don’t believe everything you think
4.     Turn your emotional, stressful                                   problems into solvable puzzles by                           writing  them down
5.     Protect your confidence by recording 3            ‘wins’ a day
6.     Don’t take shit personally, it’s never                        about you
7.     Remember, everyone is trying their best,               for them
8.     Use negative emotions as alarm clocks                 that require a change of approach
9.     Your environment MATTERS.
10.   Don’t compare actual progress to ideal             progress
11.   Have your goals visible constantly
12.   Take a day off your phone every week
13.   Turn negatives into positives by asking                   ‘How can I use this?”

19.   Sweat every day (yep, every day)
20.   Strength Train 2-3x a week
21.   Do some cardio 2-3x a week too
22.   Eat more veggies
23.   Eat enough protein
24.   Take a sauna once a week
25.   Get outside
26.   Try a combat sport
27.   Have a massage once a month
14.   Protect your energy by getting adequate sleep (6-8 hours a night)
15.   Have a bed time ritual
16.   Nap whenever possible
17.   Get a minimum 2 litres of water a day

36.   Support her goals and aspirations
37.   Set the example to your kids on how to                 show up as a man
38.   Understand your kids will model your                 BEHAVIOUR whether it’s good or bad
39.   Have your kids and your wife tell you 3                 ‘wins’ they had every day
40.   Tell the kids and your wife YOUR 3 wins a             day
41.   Share something you LEARNED every day               with your family
42.   Be Present. Put the phone down.
43.   Tell your Mother you love her
44.   Tell your Dad you love him
45.   Cook dinner for the family regularly
46.   Get home as soon as you can
47.   Work out with your kids
48.   Read to your kids
49.   Don’t expect them to do things you                           aren’t  willing to
